I say, Bernie deserves a kick in his nuts for suggesting a budget cut. Formula 1 will no longer be what it is IF budget cuts are brought in to EQUALIZE the playing field. Bernie says that smaller cars will be able to compete better. That's like STALIN saying everyone, regardless of the capabilities, must be given the same status in Russia. Yeah right! We know where THAT went then, didn't we? Reducing the performance and R&D of bigger firms to ensure that smaller squirrels can play catch up is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. Max, you listening?
How comez, there is no longer any discussion about who will win in 2009, but rather how KERS is going to change the face of forumla one? What a load of bull!
I mean, who gives a damn other than mechanical and automobile engineers as to WHAT the KERS will do? We want to see overtaking. We want to see another Michael Schumacher v/s Alonso. We want lots of crashes. We want lots of heart-in-the-mouth moments. And we definitely DON'T want Steve Slater slobbering over Hamilton on live TV. Damn!
Damn, one month left. Getting excited. I know one thing for sure, Ferrari will NOT start as favourites, and they will NOT win the Driver's championship this time. I was a ferrai fan and STILL don't like Hamilton, but I've seen enough to know that Kimbot and Pupdog are not going to be winning things. Stephen, the new guy who took over Todt is too much of a pussy to go ahead and do something radical. He looks like a safey-safey guy to me.
I still don't know why they did not sign Alonso instead of the whiney and no-use Kimi.
Hope the rumors of Alonso joining in 2010 are true.
